Our market and our population is a poofteenth of ze Germans in size, our currency is expensive due to being China’s quarry (so exports are expensive), reinvestment in equipment is expensive and in the end no-one here wanted to buy enough large cars anymore.

Holden didn’t last time, but the way GM is acting. Next time they may. So I am going ahead and calling dibs on the HRT 427 Monaro, the last Commodore, and the world’s fastest ute. You can have the Coupe 60, and whichever ones you want. ;)

The ute is just a stock VZ Maloo R8, but it is red. It was actually owned by a school principal when they did the speed runs.

I still can’t get used to the look of the Monaro with the HSV front end. It is so odd looking. But I do want a set of those wheels! Fuck!

It’s the bar in the middle. All HSVs have had them since the VZ or even VT. I can’t stand it. Everything else looks great, but then you get to the front. It is like they added it just to be different. You have to change out our headlights to the VZ version for that front bumper.

Those are the wheels I was suggesting that you should get, and the red car you posted is a GTO, but a HSV GTO. They also made a HSV GTS Coupe.

Our GTOs are a little tricky. They use some VT-VZ parts. If you have a free afternoon you should look it up.
