On this date in 1977, 2 members of Lynyrd Skynyrd along with 4 others, were killed when the Convair CV-300 they were in ran out of fuel and crashed in a wooded area northeast of Gillsburg, MS.
This song has gotten me through some tough times. RIP

Forgot about that being today. Gillsburg is less than 2 hours from where I live.
