I started my job 2-3 months ago, my boss put in her notice two weeks ago. Me and one other person in my department applied for the vacancy. I have more relevant experience at my last job but the other person has been with the group 3 years. I don’t think I’ll get the spot, as my boss is pretty close personally with the other person, but you never know.
