Wish me luck! It’s for a warehouse/driver position at a ladder/scaffold company. Up to 50 hour work weeks, but thats great compared to my current 60+ hours, especially since I’ll earn more overall and there are benefits. And a company truck, so I won’t have to put another 40k on my Soul over the next 11 months.
The best part is I would probably get some sort of discount, so I could maybe build a small raised platform to bring to races. Important stuff.

Good luck. Hope it works out the way you want it to.
Side note, what kind of MPG do you pull down in your Soul? I love the Soul, just not super crazy about the gas mileage (then again, it is essentially a brick aerodynamically).

I get mid 20s, but I think I just don’t drive very efficiently. Most people get at least 30.

Putting too many miles on your Soul is never a good thing.
Good luck!

Hmmm, better than I anticipated. I just hate that city MPG of 26 on the Soul. My Civic is supposed to be 31/41, I usually get about 35.

That’s awesome good luck. Any time you can knock out any of the big 3 costs in life (housing, transport, healthcare) you’re doing your budget a big favor. I got a work truck this year and it’s a great benefit I’d never really considered.

Ours is from before the Kia mpg fiasco so we also get paid per mile some cents but that adds up over 100k miles.
