Since all of my car desires are pretty in check these days so I haven’t been browsing car ads, I was browsing house ads tonight. 1000 square foot home home with a little unique style (we’ve always liked small places), right in the heart of the city, good schools, across from a park, and with this garage, and it’s affordable:
I know homes sales slow down a lot in Minnesota in the winter, so maybe it’ll still be around in the spring when we start looking...

so much room for activities! There’s so much parking space there...that’s the one thing I don’t like about our driveway, we can park only 2, maybe 3 vehicles along the side of the driveway without blocking access to the garage

Yes, it’s not just that it’s a 2 car garage, which is unexpected for the location and house size. I could have all sorts of projects in varying states of disrepair next to it too!
