I have seen a few fires here in Canada and the most metal thing I saw was poplar trees that boil until the pressure gets too high and they explode like some Michael Bay ass trees. So metal.

as a kid I was watching a storm on the porch. A pine tree in our backyard was struck by lightning. The sap boils and explodes when its stuck. Our back yard was littered with a bunch of 5-10 splinters and the top 20' of the tree came down on our above ground pool which then flooded the back yard. It sucked pretty bad but at least we got to watch it.
