NOTE: For evening rush hour, 3 lanes of northbound traffic and 2 southbound. The reverse for morning rush hour.

Also, that laugh is pure Halloween gold. You could sell that.

That trooper was on the ball. He was already downshifting when the car was still in the oncoming lane.
