UAZ 469B. It was easy for me, that was the standard Warsaw Pact jeep after the GAZ-69, so we had a lot of them in Hungary.
Also, when I was a kid, there were still some UAZ 452s (van version) in use as ambulances. A pretty good reason to avoid being sick or being involved in accidents.

Finnish military had a lot of these. We bought a lot of armaments from Soviet Union and these also came along in huge numbers. I did drive these during my military service. They are capable off-roaders, but very slow and quite horrible on the road.
