It’s like the morgue but with cars.
Hey look an M3
Oh nevermind.
Needs more tire was definitely uttered during the Viper design process.
The money row. In the garage was boats and snowmobiles.
This is what I came down to look at. 2013 st3 little over 40000 miles and runs and drives.
2 doors a fender and a side airbag and I think this little guy would of been back on the road. Too bad my max bid was 4300 and it sold for 4350. Dammit maybe next time.

Was the plan to keep it for yourself or fix and sell? I’ve seen several salvage FoST’s listed near me and and they take forever to sell. I think there is an assumption with cheap hoonable cars that salvage means wrecked hard.

Keep for me. This is the first one I’ve seen lightly hit on the side. There was a crease in rear door emtrance that probably sent it here. I would just got a door and called it a day. The ones hit in the front always go for cheap it seems.

That’s how I feel when I hit the Farm auctions. The atmosphere is better (because you’re actually there) but the machinery isn’t nearly as sexy.

I’ve nearly bought several boats from Copart. I think if there was a nearer location I would have by now. Swapping an engine in a boat, especially the vintage I’m interested in (1998-2002 ish) is absolute child’s play. Boats that have had engines stolen or something and now sell for like, $3k when they are worth $18k with an engine!!! And even a brand-new crate motor and transmission, ready to go is like $9k. So, yeah. Maybe someday.

Not a bad idea. Lots of boats in that garage but all I did was poke my head in there.
