I’ve been wanting one of my own for years. Finally went ahead and bought one this week. And it has NASCAR PERFORMANCE!!!

Nice! I’ve been eyeing the same one for a while but I was afraid it could only weld to the left.

Not entirely true. You just have to use it the two times a year when it remembers how to go right as well.

Careful. Those knobs only turn to the left.

Rocking! I’ve got essentially the same deal by Hobart. It’s done great things.

sweet. When I was about 20 or so I bought an older version of this and became a man.
I like the all metal drive system. Mine has some plastic but has been super reliable for like 14 years.
Is the amp control still not infinitely variable?

The amp control is infinitely variable. On the home depot (cheaper) version it is not.

Oh I thought this was a home depot version which is what mine is. I am not sure its a deal breaker but might be nice to fine tune welds.

This is a 140c. The home depot version is the 140hd. Lincoln won’t even service a 140hd - they can only be serviced through home depot!

what thats freaking stupid! of course it doesnt much affect me because mine is a 3200hd and it super old and never had a problem with it.
it might not even be an issue as a mig welder is a pretty sturdy easy to work on piece of equipment unless parts are impossible to get.
