MB, Audi and BMW mid-size SUVs all in a row.
I haven’t seen anything quite like this since I was in Beverly Hills and 8 of the cars at a four-way stop were either MBs or BMWs (including mine, of course); this was at a time before Audi was considered to be in the same tier as the Big Two.

Not enough Range Rover for Ladue.

I’m impressed that 1st gen Soul didn’t stick out.

The RR was on the shop for a failed air suspension, covered under warranty. The other three won’t have such catastrophic failures until about 7 weeks after their warranties end.

That’s by the old navy at end of Ladue Rd. Is old navy still upscale?

They’ll be over in Chesterfield as CPO models before then.

Having never been into Old Navy I have no idea what status, if any, is associated with that chain. I was in front of Barnes & Noble, trying to find the latest copy of Hemming’s Sports and Exotic Car; I really just need to renew my subscription...

Or at Dean Team VW on Manchester. Have you seen their pre-owned selection? Amazing collection of high-end, mostly German, stuff that you would not expect to find at a VW dealer.

They had an absolutely mint 56,000 mile E36 M3 in their inventory for a long while. It had the M-only Black/Light Brown interior too. I guess they know what people over there want and I’m sure auto auctions have plenty of German steel to offer.

I think I saw two MBs with Designo interiors the last time I was over there. Those were rare enough in SoCal, so finding two at a VW dealer was a tad surprising.
sm70- why not Duesenberg?

This is what any given parking lot around here looks like. Only with a Lexus RX and a Range Rover also thrown into the mix.
Side Note: There are so many tasteful houses in Ladue I love it.

I do like the architecture out there. Nice hilly neighborhoods with houses spaced out appropriately. Lots of mid-century stuff which makes me happy.

Found this in Ladue last time I was there.

One of these things just wants so bad to fit in, but it has no soul.
Secondly, for Clayton, the parking is impeccable.
