Oh! That’s your name. I thought you were against going fast, which never made much sense. I’ll show myself out.

Site looks nice, btw.

Thanks!

It is unfortunate to be named after a negative prefix.

That looks great! One protip: add hover animations to the links. It’s a tiny thing, but it makes a huge difference. You can usually just find someone else’s example code and copy it right in with CSS.

That is unfortunate in this case, since you’re very much pro-speed. The website looks visually impressive. May I make a suggestion? The small, light grey type on white background is difficult to read. I suggest a darker font color at the least, and maybe a bit larger. The actual choice of font fits the visual well.

I think you’re right, I just made everything a bit darker and a bit bigger.

I’m glad you like the font! I chose something called Cavalero BT as my logo font and Century Gothic as my secondary font for text and such (it’s the font of the 26 on my car). I’m lucky that this theme uses Futura which is the slightly heavier father of Century Gothic.

I do have an issue with my logos, that I have two of them. I made the ASC circle logo myself so I feel attached to it, and I like how it’s simple and reminiscent of a vintage automaker. But the coat of arms is my family’s crest and looks badass in its own right. I also love how the black and orange works with whisps of light blue. But I’m not a creative enough graphic designer to work the two together.

It looks much better now, much more readable. Personally, I’d make it a little bit darker to stand out more on smaller mobile screens, but it works fine on my desktop screen.

I hear you about the family crest. It’s a source of family identity, and that’s deeply personal. Plus, yours does look badass. However, for marketing your brand, the simpler commercial logo probably serves you better, and the simple color scheme allows it to adapt to lots of situations and backgrounds. It looks good. Good luck.
