I have been !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! for a little bit now and somehow I landed on the page of Citroën and saw this new C3. I like it. The pictured version is one I configured. It’s a 1.2L turbocharged three-cylinder engine delivering 110bhp. Sounds like enough to have a little bit of fun in a car this size. This one is also fully optioned, with a lovely panoramic roof and such.
I quite like the dashboard as well. No screen sticking up from the dash, it’s in the location where in previous years your buttons would be. Seems logical but I know how many of you hate the recent trend of having the screen quite high in the center.
I like it. I like it so much I might go and see about a test drive and pricing. A quick glance would put this fully optioned one at about €16.000, which is fairly expensive of course. But a similar optioned Fiesta with a worse interior would also be up there. And the more I think about it, the more I would prefer brand new over used, so this would be quite alright.
Oppopinions? Configure yours here (UK site so you will have English language, I’m located in Europe and the local Citroen site does not have the configurator):

I quite like the look of these too. Id probably go for the Cactus instead personally though.

I like it, really works with the black and the red. I tried reversing the colours and removing the air bumps, gets quite pricey here in the Netherlands:
That interior though.....

Starts at the same price of this C3 fully optioned, so getting it the way I’d like it would be a bit too rich for my blood. Even this C3 might be, I need to figure out the finances, hehe.

Yeah, I used the Dutch configurator as well and it’s quite a bit more expensive than here in Estonia. I kind of prefer the dark look of the black body though, and the airbumps are just cool, haha. That bronze (“Colorado”) interior is not exactly my cup of tea though. I like it more in the plain black version. It looks kind of minimalist.

In hindsight, I agree on the airbumps, it looks a bit plain without them.
The Dutch price is way too high, but then again everything car related is expensive here, haha.

I’ve seen one in the wild and it’s a handsome little car, you get the usual PSA quirks like the loose shifter, laggy touchscreen and cheapo plastics inside but if you dig the way it looks I’d go for it.

I wish Citroen sold cars here in the US.

What about the 208? Is on the same plataform with the same drivetrain and everything. Is basically the same car, but available with 3 doors too

Much better than the bland snoze fest predecessor. 16K for a fully optioned C3 ain’t that bad, my friend’s 1.6 TDI Polo was 18 grand new with moderate options.

Liking the new C3's Mini-Cactus styling....very cool! I think I like the Cactus a squidge more, but I definitely like the interior of the C3 a lot more than the Cactus (at least the dash and gauge cluster....the rest of the Cactus’ interior isn’t bad though!)
