Ford has been running 2018 F150 ads during football today. We all remember how much Chevy likes bricks. I noticed they start this ad with a load of landscaping bricks being dumped into the F150 bed. The bricks then magically form a 40 in the bed - as in the best selling truck for 40 years.

A co-worker of mine is a hard core Chevy fan. I don’t fully trust her intelligence anymore. For example: she’s looking for a cheap gas sipper since he Silverado gets 15Mpg. I told her to buy a 2005-10 Camry because she doent want a small car. Then she told me she doesn’t want to spend more than 1000 bucks. I spent some time shopping and found a 1997 Corolla for 600 bucks in decent shape. She then says “No way I’d never drive a damn Toyota, I want a Chevy.” ... I told her to just slap some blue bow ties on it, after all Chevy did it too.

Tell her to get a Cavalier. Then show her this.

600 for a 90s Corolla? NP. You can get a 93 Corolla wagon in good condition for under 1500 too.

This is why I’m a Ford truck guy. Plus, Ford did way better things with Volvo than GM ever did with Saab. Also, no Cummins=no Ram.
