Trying to fix it by listening to this.
I’m open to other suggestions.
I was working on a job application tonight (a job I think I want for an employer I want in a place that’s a lot closer to where I want to be) and sent it in, then looked at the clock and thought holy shit it’s late, and I guess it was just past that point where my body decides “no, I guess we’re not sleeping tonight after all” and now I’m stuck. I’ve tried all my usual tricks, warm milk, several ounces of rye, and nothing. Now I’m just buzzed, content, and awake. Last night I only got about four hours in cause I was stressing about interpersonal relationships. Maybe I’m becoming a superhuman who functions on lack of sleep... the rate I’m going I’ll be lucky to get three hours in before I have to get to work. Hopefully it hasn’t been snowing so I can stay off the skidsteer again...

I went to bed at 8:30 last night to wake up at 4 for work, and managed to sleep until about 2:45am. So It’s almost 5 and I’ve been in the office since 4am. Hopefully I can get out of here by 1pm but we’ll see. I hope you catch up on your zzz’s.

The lack of sleep must be going around this morning. I snapped awake at about 430 AM and didn’t get close to drifting back off. It’s going to be a long day.
