Very NP. A dude from my town wants 15.500€ (~21.880 cad$) for his 3.2 TT in the same color and options with 115k km.

I’m aware that it have typical Audi maintenance/upkeep. My sister has 2007 Rabbit with the 2.5L 5 cylinder. That thing is far from reliable. It needs lots of sensors, a never ending spark issue, it eats wheel bearings, etc.
