Yes, super rare. But your tag is not correct. It is not a 3800SC. That started in 1997. This had a 3.4L NA.

Second, though a stick would help it immensely. My dad had one in an auto 92 GTP and it was gutless, got whipped by an ‘89 Shadow with a 2.5 turbo.

A friend of mine had/has one. Red with the Gold wire style wheels. So fun. He used to love messing with the dealership guys. They would argue that it was model, then look up the build sheet. Every time.
I has an XX build code vehicle (s10). That confused them too. Apparently the 90s were a confusing time.
