!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! gave me an idea, mount a set of exhaust headers on the wall. I’d prefer not to have to buy them new as that would be more expensive then I’d be willing to spend on the project.
BTW those are 91-94 NSX Top Speed Pro Headers

If you can make it down here to Richmond, Chesterfield Auto Parts has two locations with a rotating selection, and a third for trucks only. They also have email wish lists, so if you’re waiting for something in particular you can get email alerts when something pops up there. Requires re-applying every 3 months, though. There are a few more junkyards here, but they don’t rotate their stock as much.

The problem is that you won’t find anything as nice looking as above. You’ll find ugly cast exhaust manifolds like this:

I was worried about that....
I’ll see what they have there if I can find one

There might be some mild steel old school headers to be found, too. They will inevitably be rusty but you could clean them up and hit them with some chrome spray paint. That won’t give you the cool bluing effect like those pictured but you could play around with hitting them with a torch or something.

Go to a swap meet. For one, they will already be removed from the car-and the prices will be cheap. And you’ll have many to choose from. Plus this time of the year, with racing seasons ended, most tracks will be having them.

Yup.
Very few cars in a junkyard will have tube headers.
You could probably find an old set of SBC headers on Craigslist for a few bucks.

Ebay Chinese headers. Probably all they’re really good for anyway...

The ADVANCE Titan GT muffler, hands-down, wins. It’s got a lot more bass to it than others that have a small buzz to them.

You can get a very nice looking set of Chinese made headers off eBay, I’d say that’s your best bet

East coast auto source has lots of newer/nicer stuff. Let me know if you find a good place, I want to look for BMW parts.

If you want to road trip down to AZ, Bobs Used Cycles has a metric fuck ton o exhausts. Literally just piles and piles of pipes.

Brandywine has a habit of taking the nice stuff and putting it away in the non-pick a part section. If you browse around a lot, and maybe one or just slightly past were not supposed to go we can get some great stuff off the cars before they get it
