Can a 911 be More Out of its Element Than This?

Just saw this cluster. Very slow reversing occurred and eventually ended in a 3-point turn. Teenage kid in the passenger seat looked unamused.

Isn’t this the exact element for a convertible 911?

Out of towners.

Saying that. I hated the centrums. The roads were often very narrow with very sharp right angled turns meaning you had to go onto the other side of the road to make the turn or scrape the side of your car on the many bollards merely four inches away from the road.

It meant having to drive very slowly except for the odd local who would race around the roads causing a bum clenching moment as they past.

I would have pictured the Rubicon as being more in line of being out of its element.

Yes. The roads in the city center are scary. I’ve already seen several vans get stuck trying to get around those sharp right turns along the canals.

Going into Veghel from the N279, onto the Corridor, left onto Sluisstraat, right onto Hoogstraat and then suddenly the very narrow streets on the centrum were scary (because I needed to open a bank account at Rabobank, ended up cycling through to Erp and opening an account there).

Yes, the centrum of Veghel is way too narrow, I once ended up there in a Opel Vivaro trying to find a store. I passed the store without noticing it, and had to turn it around. Needless to say, I’m never going into Veghel again in a van.

Lol. If you do. Pop into Cafe Harte and have a beer for me. And should you meet three Irish lasses. Tell them Sven says he’s really sorry for being stupid and not going to Den Bosch with them because he had work to go to. :(
