Yes...
Maybe lower it a bit, and we’ll really have something here...
Hell no
!!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! Even though you could find a cheaper and more powerful 350 for less.... Or a LS1 or LS6. It also needs sidepipes, sidepipes or GTFO.

Putting that trans in a C3 would be a PITA. Probably need a T56 mag instead.
That engine is probably $2000-3000 over what it should be. You can build an engine to perform like that for $2000 total using a good condition junkyard short block.

![]() 09/23/2016 at 12:26 |

Right?
You can do a early 2000's Vortec build for $1000-1500 and be at those numbers if you have a carb/distributor already.

![]() 09/23/2016 at 12:41 |

YES,....... especially if you cheat, and reuse the hydraulic roller set up, i think you end up limited in lift AT THE CAM...........
$1500 and STILL have money left to buy some light blue paint to hide it in plain sight............

Well yes I would pick a fuel injected engine to go in there. But I do find it weird that the corvette made around that time has some really high profile tires. looks like truck tires!.
