Just finished watching Luc Besson’s The Big Blue(1988). Good movie.

The whole idea of free diving completely freaks me out. But then, I have a pretty big phobia about drowning. I like Besson’s movies. I just learned of the upcoming Valerian . It looks intriguing.

I’m really excited for Valerian. It was what initially inspired Fifth Element but I guess he couldn’t get the rights at the time, so we got that wonderful movie instead.

Fifth Element is one of my all-time favorites. I know people complain about it, but I think it’s absolutely stunning to look at, and it may be the only performance by Bruce Willis I can stomach. It’s one of those movies that, even though I’ve seen it countless times, I will sit and watch again if I come across it on the TV.

Same. It’s one of those few that I keep getting as new formats come out. I probably watch it at least twice a year.
