Over on Carscoops.com, Turkish designer Oguz Spiahioglu reimagined the Pagani Zonda as an 80’s supercar.
I personally think it’s a fantastic exercise. Although there is a little too much Countach in the mix for me, it’s a great peak into a universe of what might have been.

The arch would've been axed for large flares by the mid 80s.

I’ve seen these two Zonda’s in person a few times now, and it looks way more 80's than 00's, a product of it being the first car from an upstart manufacturer. The overall design is actually a pretty simple wedge shape, and all the crazy bits are just added on. The headlights aren’t integrated, but rather mounted on periscope housings, and the rear end is just a flat slab with off-the-shelf circle tailights.
