Southwest just saved me $300 with their “bags fly free” policy and who knows how much more with their free rescheduling. After that they’d have to cut it off to get me to reevaluate.

I completely forgot about those. Traveling with 2 young kids, that policy is literally the breaking point for "fly vs drive" on many trips. We have actually checked 8 bags for 4 people (not because we absolutely had to, but because it reduced our carryons).
