Affluent Indian woman in an affluent Seattle neighborhood on the water. House is contemporary, but not ritzy. There was other art in the home, none of which were in line with this piece. Judging from her studio, it could be possible she painted this herself? — I did not ask.
I’ll say NSFW again so you can really understand me.
Here’s another warning:
Ok, here is said art:

I would proudly hang it in my apartment ... until the SigOther smashed and burned it.

Say what you will, but it is well done.

We all know that’s in your house. Spent your Celica earnings already?

I wouldn’t mind having that in my newly-poorly-painted bonus room. We’ve got some art on the wall but not much.

That’s a well-done painting. Now, I, um, I have to go take a cold shower.

Bought this from an Argentinean artist 10 years back - she paints and pastiches Village Voice adult ads ... I was an art lawyer, and I never bought much, but I loved this. NSFW?
Hangs over our microwave, in the hall.

Yeah, it is. I’ll say it.

Nothing wrong with a well-painted nude, and that is really nicely done.

Artistically-speaking (art major finally getting some use!), it’s not bad. It doesn’t belong in the Louvre, but it wouldn’t go amiss in a local gallery.

Do you work exclusively in and around Seattle?

Possible it’s a painting someone she knew did of her when she was younger?

Yup, the light rendering on skin works well. Craft is up there.

I get this deja vu feeling with Mr. Robot’s Tyrell Wellick’s wife. Really get that vibe.
