Does the one in the right has a steering wheel that goes halfway up the windshield? That is awesome if it is true.

It sure looks like it. I can’t find any other pictures of Mitsubishi Minica with huge (or white rimmed) steering wheel though. Maybe it’s an aftermarket one meant for bigger car.
