Spotted in normal Ohio I75 traffic (because when isn’t their construction)
TDI, probably manual. From Mexico apparently which makes sense. Must be long distance travelling.
EDIT: Photo’s kinja’d.

Amarok!
What was it towing?

Giant HEPA filter. They’re trying to be clean while driving a VW TDI.

Yep! I’ve always been a huge fan of the Amarok. I feel like it’s the perfect size truck for what I need and need to tow/haul. Same thing with small avants, which is why I may end up with a Golf Sportwagen over a GTI due to 6 speed/4motion. It’s a shame that none of them (save the sportwagen) come over here. It was pulling a small camper. I had a picture of it but the pictures got kinja’d so I just left it out.

I75/I40 seems to be a good route for people from Mexico. Everytime I drove home from Knoxville I’ll see caravans of wrecked cars hooked to another wrecked car with Chihuahua, Mexico plates on it. Like theyre taking the wrecked cars from the Northeast down to Mexico to fix/sell
