James Allison has left the team due to personal reasons. I understand why he left, because family is more important than that darn circus, and coping with a loss like that will take intense focus.

I can’t help but wonder if his focus being on his family is the reason for their downturn after the start of the season.

And they just announced, like
every single other year
, that they’ll now entirely focus on 2017. Because 2017 is definitely the year they’ll be world champions, you guys. 150% sure.

I think Vettel will be pretty disappointed by the time he ends his time at Ferrari - it'd be nice to see Ferrari duke it out at the top again, like they did in 2008 with McLaren. You'd figure with the advantages they're given that they would produce a car that could consistently battle for wins.
