No pictures because bad idea to start snapping shots anywhere near a government building. 4 of the export officers came over while the paperwork was being taken care of, they liked it so much they had Cletus fire it up, which nearly made one of the officers jump out of his skin seeing as how it’s more or less running open headers.

Photography is not a crime, even around government buildings.

True, but it’s a good way to spend much more time than you were planning at a border crossing or an NYC bridge/tunnel.

You can’t let fear of unjust repercussions stop you from living your life as you would normally live it.

Maybe because I’ve been a photog for forever and have been (erroneously) told numerous times that I couldn’t photographs somewhere, I take umbrage with the idea of self-constraining our freedoms.

There’s a difference between treating a place and/or law enforcement with respect and being unnecessarily cowed for doing something that is perfectly legal.

Fine. 572 crate engine? Duramax with Allison 6 speed? LSX twin turbo? Rebuilt stock engine? What does it have in there? A 427 triple 2 barrel?

Currently has a 350 hp 350. Fine for now until I can build a 427 rat motor for it.

Damn. I guess it’s kind of close to the start of the safety equipment erase and way before the carbon/aluminum lightweight tech.

Nah corvettes are just heavy. Heavier than first-gen camaros. Big heavy ladder frame and big heavy engines.
