I seem to attract the weirdos. My former boss used papyrus all the time, and the invitation to the job interview for my current job was in comic-fucking-sans.

I’m a teacher. School systems in Germany and the US are quite different, but for all intends and purposes consider me a High School teacher.
This job offers the best possible pay/benefits/health care in our system and it becomes PERMANENT after 3 years. As in after May 2018 I could show up drunk regularly (they would pay for rehab), do an abysmal job (they would have to school me to do better), etc... As long as I don’t fumble the girls or something similar THEY CAN’T FIRE ME EVAR. As long as I want the job, I will have it. Comes with a pretty sweet retirement package too, once that time comes around.
That’s why the comic sans didn’t completely put me off.

Our branding manual actually calls for all our internal signage and most marketing materials to be in that. The original version called for Zamenhof, but the boss apparently substituted Papyrus, since it’s easier for everyone to find.
