Damn that was fast, what gave it away? I’m realizing I included more of the center stack than I meant to

Mainly the rear window.

Ahh yeah. One of the parts I really enjoy about this design, even though it contributes to the non-existent rear visibility

Traverse has three rows?

I once went on a road trip in a Traverse. Literally the only thing I remember is that it was surprisingly comfortable. GM products seem to tend to be pretty good long distance if you’re not driving.

Yes, with acceptable legroom for a modern crossover, but unacceptable compared to anything properly full size

It is surprisingly comfortable, the interior quality is decent too. Bit bouncy but it also handles surprisingly well so I guess that's the trade off

My sister has a first gen Highlander with a third row. It works technically, but it is hilarious to see adults crammed back there.

One time my biology teacher in high school jammed 8 of us in her first gen highlander. That third row was not built for full size people, let alone 3 of them

I told my sister that it was made for humans with no legs and no torsos.

Why don’t people just give up the ghost and buy a minivan?

That is an accurate statement. I'm not sure in most cases, but I know why in this case. The Traverse replaced their Windstar, which was an absolute pile and broke down constantly, so I imagine it gave them a bad taste about minivans in general

Windstars have that power

Yeah, I'm almost impressed they kept it for so long
