So, in how many states could you actually get this registered as a street car?

I’m thinking that it would be a pain and you definitely wouldn’t want to drive it on the street, but you could probably get away with it in Ohio. !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!!

I know some P1GTR owners have managed to register their cars for road use even though they are only actually road legal in Europe with the correction factory conversions. I'd imagine you could do the same with a GT3/Super Trofeo class car.

As a Huracan? None unless you want to swap the VIN from a wrecked one. As a “special construction?” Hell, even CA would let you

Well, you can always count on Florida.

It's known by the state of California to cause cancer and other birth defects.

South Carolina...but good luck finding not-shit roads that aren’t uneven and/or riddled with potholes.

Georgia for sure, and probably Florida if you registered it in the Miami area.

There’s a lot of street car chassis under the skin, but no catalysts, PCV, or Evap system and Motec engine management would be the problem as it sits. Also, the gearbox is pretty brutal for street use. Clutch is easy though. Airbags wouldn’t matter for a Special Construction title. You could probably get away with it in a non-emissions state if you could keep a straight face.

No emissions testing where I’m at in Ohio, they just need to see the vin

I have a feeling you could get it registered in Florida pretty easily. Special Construction titles don’t have to pass emissions IIRC.

Would certainly be a fun weekend car.

Actually according to the state of California living will cause you cancer and birth defects. They highly recommend avoiding it at all costs.
