It smells like Bad. My sister lived there for a year when she wanted to, “escape,” Seattle after high school. Well, she did grow up in Kent, so I can’t really blame her. My whole family lives in Seattle, except for my mother and I, so I’m out there very often.

Every time I’m in Seattle, I have the privilege to stay on Bainbridge as that is where my father lives. But Kent isn’t too terrible, especially with what you’re paying for. Like, a $200,000 house in Raleigh is $350,000 in Kent, which is $700,000 on Bainbridge.
