So I’m enjoying a leisurely 11 days in the North Maine Woods and I need something to do. I know let’s get a 76 year old outboard out of the boat shed it has been laying on the floor of since 1969 and start it.
I was successful after cleaning the fuel tank, fuel lines, crab, and replacing the sparkplugs. Need to do some fine tuning but it started 3rd pull. Also you can completely disassemble it with a 1/2 inch wrench and flathead screwdriver. enjoy your 4th may you smell like old gas and crab cleaner.

They’re both pretty useful, though crab cleaner could be the more important of the two depending on if we're talking about food crabs or the other sort.
