Just saying.. Although I’d probably stick something between the cart and paint. Just so it doesn’t scratch.

Two wrongs don’t make a right. People who park like that are assholes, but people that leave shopping carts near cars in parking lots are the scum of the earth. People that take the time to go as far as using a zip tie, another rung down.

What if they’re handicapped and just wanted to make sure they had enough space to get in and out of their vehicle.
I know it’s stretch... but everybody should feel horrible.

I doubt it.
IMO if you are truly handicapped, and not obese/lazy/etc. You should have priority on the spots. Like just put a P-1 P-2 P-3 on the plate or mirror thing.
Although I do get tired of seeing handicapped people crawling into trucks with 10 feet of lift or getting into that low ass Corvette seat. If your really handicapped, that should be a challenge getting in and out of, not something that looks as if I did it. Just my opinion.
When I see someone parked fucked up, and I’m in my beater. I park so fucked up next to them, they’d have to be paperclip skinny to get in. I’ll get get out, fold my mirror in and theres, just park so close if one car sneezed, they’d touch. Just to piss them off.

Too much effort to piss of somebody you’ll never meet.

Now, that’s just mean.
I think I’d rather have it be obvious to the driver. The whole point is to make a statement about their parking, right? (Then again, one wonders if the cart would even be sufficient for sending a message in the first place...)

Terrible idea, it’s not the cars fault.

I always meet them. They’re too lazy to crawl over to the drivers seat. So they wait for me.
I just act like they aren’t there and get in my car and go. As Im backing out I see their face and it’s sooo worth it.

No but it’s the owners. They park like a douche, they get treated like one.

Everytime I see people park like this, their car sits there for like 8 hours. I’d probably have to leave before they even got back.

but then you become a douche too. a douche for a douche, and dickhead for a dickhead, and soon the whole world is douches and dickheads.

Too much risk/effort for something that doesn’t really affect your life. And as far as your handicap rant - you don’t know why they have the placard so you don’t get to judge. Invisible illnesses are everywhere. Let that shit go and park elsewhere.
