Ummm... No.
I drove box and rack trucks for a job in HS. Non-diesel is a non-starter for heavier loads, unless you are delivering pillows because gas engines are great when the box is empty.
Next, many of the trucks at this time were manual. Every truck in our warehouse was except for the C6500 Topkick that was brand new.
Now, if I needed the chipper box, I might be tempted.
Otherwise, I’d rather get:

Have you read stuff by SeatSafetySwitch before? It’s pretty amazing. Also frequently bizarre. But I couldn’t help but share the link.
On your original question, if you’re looking for a good way to haul a lot of wood chips, it seems like a decent deal.
