How hard/expensive could it possibly be to replace the clutch? For $350 I’m almost willing to find out!

You could probably get $350 for scrap if you are unsuccessful.
I’m actually surprised they built those with manuals.

not sure on parts prices but clutches are cake on these to do if you have the bars to hold the engine up to remove the sub-frame. As far as A/C, it could only be so many things. Most expensive would be a compressor but good after market ones shouldn’t be too expensive and they have warranty. Easy to install as well. Most labor intensive thing would be an evap but the dashes are not too complicated to remove.

Meh, they’re more annoying that anything else. For $350 it wouldn’t be the end of the world if things went south.
Look up prices for a clutch kit, throwout bearing, and other stuff that you might want to replace while you are in there. Also any tools you may need.
