The last Citroën C6 is for sale in Germany at the moment, with just below 5000 km. However they are asking almost €150k, or $170k, which is kinda crazy, though the car seems to be really immaculate.

I don’t think anyone will pay that. And anyone who does will have a hard time if they ever try to sell it for that much.

Kudos to them for trying. But a car is only worth what people will pay, and people often get delusions that their car is incredibly rare when really it’s the sort of rare nobody will pay for.

Like the last C6 built.

The problem really is that it is a rare car, with a limited market. And you need a good market to sell it for a high price, but not a lot of people would buy a C6 over, say, a 5-series.

You’re right. And it’s not rare because of limited production or special edition. It’s unpopular . It’s less popular than all of its contemporaries. People don’t fork out for that.
