Galvanized trim!

Only 68,400 miles too. Japanese Classics is a dangerous website. I need to quit browsing classifieds so much, I’m probably a couple years away from buying anything.

I could spend all day on that website. That's actually a good way to kill some time right now.

Also this has to be the most pointless lift ever.

If you get a Santana get earlier than a 68, because those are complete kits of vehicles sent to Spain to be assembled. After that Santana thought it could do things cheaper and started making their own parts and pieces. The further you got from 1968 the greater the difference between a Land Rover and a Santana. I have a general rule of not looking at any Santana that is older than a IIA, just because getting parts would be a lot harder and you get tons of shit from the Land Rover community. My 71 IIA had a few minor things that were different from a genuine truck, but those things were either easily converted or replaced to original Land Rover, or they are an improved part that was better that LR alternative. The VCCC trucks are cheap to buy, but need a ton of work to get them up to drivers spec. We bought our truck for 12K then put another 11k in to it, if you did the work yourself then it would save you a ton of money especially not having to pay a LR series/defender 105 an hour for pretty basic work.

Cool, didn’t know any of this. This is why I like Oppo.

I have been meaning to make a post about VCCC and then another on my rover.
