For the work Yaris
They went with ContiPremiumContact2's, which is a mouthful. Holy balls these are an improvement. I mean the Bridgestones were worn to all hell, but even when they were new, they sucked. These ones are quieter, ride significantly better, handle better, wet or dry. I have more confidence in the car now. That’s not saying much, but it overall feels much less terrible to drive than before. I mean, other than the engine and transmission. These have improved the steering feel substantially as well. Alright modern Toyota, maybe you’re not the worst. Maybe you just make awful, awful choices for OE tires.

If I was looking for a reason to hate toyota, that ad campaign gave me one.

I’m surprised they aren't Uniroyal Tigerpaws, aka the go to cheap cheap cheap tire for cheap cheap cheap people.

I’m pretty surprised too, but pleasantly. Their usual go-to cheap terrible tire is the Matrix Tour RS, they're properly garbage

I am considering a very used Yaris for winter commuting duties. Literally to work and back. Have my Gf's 2012 focus for roadtripping out of town in winter.

I mean, we have an 08 with 412k kms on it, but it's not pleasant at all....I'm not a fan of this generation of Yaris, or the previous one. But I know other people like them
