As to this post, I think it’s in poor taste to post this in the wake of the worst mass shooting in US history. And it’s also a bit sexist, Overwatch homage or not.
But that criticism isn’t leveled at you, hon, it’s leveled at the OP.

Fair enough. Since I live close to Yamahog, we’ll be discussing issues like this in person so that I can better understand issues and the such.

Got me there. On one hand, the whole ‘yo, check out my totally awesome boobs and butt’ thing is getting played out and Overwatch totally suffers from that problem. On the other, this is my favorite character in the game, and I like the pose. I finally made enough to buy a wacom tablet and this is what I brought it for. I’m going to keep working on it.

There’s also nothing inappropriate about the image. it’s a fully clothed person wielding a video game pistol. We don’t need to manufacture controversy whenever we can just for the sake of it.

How can you tell from the first picture if she is or isn’t? It is out of place. Obviously you don’t have power to make people think anything, but that picture leads most people (that I’ve noticed) to the conclusion that this picture is inappropriate. Though the fact is that she is clothed, how are we supposed to know? You had to show us the original picture to make us believe you, that shouldn’t have to be done.

Because naked humans have obviously exposed anatomical features and this one doesn’t? Plus, even if you’ve never seen the first picture, you can see the backpack and the lump beneath it in the drawing, along with the collar and shoulder details. It was clear to everyone else who saw it that this was a clothed person even though it isn’t finished.

184 people have seen this post so far. 2/184 is not ‘most’. Nor is it even a plurality. Almost everyone who has viewed this post did not jump to the conclusions that you and xyl0 have, which is an indictment against your claim that there just muuuuuust be something inappropriate going on here. There isn’t.

By looking at it, and noticing the missing anatomical detail that would otherwise be present on a naked person. Almost everyone else did this. Why can’t you?

Agreed. Instead of jumping to an unreasonable conclusion that cannot be substantiated with the information available to you, you should have considered this situation empirically; since there is no nudity or otherwise explicit detail present in the picture, there is no reason to think it must be there somewhere anyway, beyond the opportunity to create controversy where there is none.
