diced habeneros and onions mixed into the hamburg.
They get a little BBQ, Siracha, and Wrchesterishre sauce while on the grill
40 minutes later..

It was still just very slightly pink in the middle. When it’s an inch and a half thick you need to cook it slow

Nothing but charcoal! And square plates make everything better. Kinda like how stickers add 5 hp
