Pulled out the screw and plugged it.. wasnt loosing air yet, but i cought it..

I would have taken that to get a proper plug+patch. Though recently had to plug mine as the puncture was closer to the sidewall (though not on it) than anyone wanted to deal with. Doesn’t seem like a 1" screw to the center of the shoulder tread block should damage the sidewall though.
