The Renegade. Now that’s a proper-looking Jeep. It’s so nice and chunky and says“Come on, let’s go run over some rocks!”

Wow! But then it seems like the repair costs would be higher with the Disco?

My parents have done the analytics and while they don’t work on enough Rovers to put in the numbers, Chryslers/dodge/jeeps have the highest average repair order $ of any brand we work on

Wow! (Again!)
I guess I’m not shocked, but maybe a little surprised, given I’ve been reading DeMuro’s ongoing Land Rover catastrophe.

My wife drives one of these. We bought it new as a leftover in January 2007. Now has 125k miles and I want to trade it in, but she’s firmly against it. As they get older, and probably more affordable, the demand seems to be rising. As far as it being a piece of garbage, yes, it required about triple the maintenance of my wrangler throughout the 125k miles.
It's a 4wd and we use it to tow our boat, so I'm going to hang on to it I guess. It's ready for tires, so I'm going bigger, with a mild lift and new shocks/struts.

We own a lifted Commander, it’s at 80k miles and it’s been pretty great so far, a couple rust issues with the oil pan and oil drain plug but other than that it’s been solid.

Needs a lift and good tires, here’s ours in it’s natural habitat:

I saw one the other day in traffic with a mild lift and knobbier tires. I actually think it looked pretty good.
