I don’t even care. The Viper was parked in the back part of the lot and the driver was obviously trying to keep their baby clean.

That bumper doesn’t look right.

Something is off about the front bumper

Whenever I take mine anywhere and park it way out back, completely in a spot, so it doesn’t get mangled by some careless kids jumping into the back seat of mom’s Pilot, someone in some 1989 Chevy Celebrity parks right next to me. Why? WHY?!

I believe that’s the Hennessey* front bumper and wing.
*see FP story.

People who get up in arms over a car parked like this in an empty lot should be taken out back and shot. If I invested a tit-load of money into a car I’d not really want the riff raff parking next to me either.

You wouldn’t want the riff raff parked next to your 10 year old Dodge? That’s nice. Everyone else can just park their beaters on the street. Scum.

I’d rather have a viper than a bugatti. Other than resale value.

While I agree that it’s dumb to get worked up over it, I do think it’s kind of counterproductive to actually bring more attention attention to your car, especially if it’s going to get people worked up. And I say this as someone who compulsively needs to park in corner spots no matter how far away they are.

Agreed, I wouldn't do it myself. But if it’s an empty lot, let them.
Beautiful car btw!

...so did the two Trucks in the background.

I just noticed that. They couldn't park either apparently

A crappy parking job, especially one that looks intentional, brings negative attention to your car. That is exactly the opposite of what I want.
I’d rather park way out back, but within the lines. Or at an end spot, positioning the car as close to the “end” side as possible.
A nice car doesn’t give me more privilege than others.

You’ve left enough room for a small tank to park in the neighbouring stall.

Just to give you a nice little scare!

It only backfired on me twice. Now I make an effort to leave enough room to open a door fully, but not so much that a Mini can fit.
