I’m sure you thought we Americans were asleep. NOT IF WE HAVE THE FLU WE ARENT! Those of us with the flu are up at 2:21 in the morning with a pulsing headache, a fever, and a congested cough! You may say, “why, you should have gotten the flu vaccine, old boy,” to which I would reply, “but oh, I did! And I got the flu regardless!” Best of all, my college graduation party is TODAY. In twelve hours! You know the likelihood of me kicking this flu in 12 hours?! 3.6% chance! So just when you thought you might be able to discuss social welfare or milk in tea, I'm here to tell you that you've miscalculated, good fellow!

That’s rough. I’m just up because I work from 9 to 7.

Luckily I don't graduate until Thursday, which means I have some time. But today will be a wash.

My wife has the flu, she’s been down since Monday. This single parent thing isn’t all it’s cracked up to be.

I’m skeptical. I’ve only had the flu once and I was not even close to being capable of posting on the internet. I was too busy being unsure of reality because my brain was overheating, and vomiting so hard that a blood vessel in my eye popped ensuring I got to wear sunglasses indoors for a few weeks.
