Tonight’s Dream Garage Challenge is actually a “Build Your Own...” topic! You probably don’t remember the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! , and I doubt you remember the !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! . No worries! Here’s the deal, you’ve decided to start your own independent dealership. I want you to name the dealership and tell me what your focus is/ what are you offering that other dealerships aren’t within a 100 mile radius of where you currently live.
Got those two things done? Great! Now I’m curious to know what vehicles you would use for the following categories (you should end up with a total of eight different vehicles/models ):
Vehicle outside dealership to draw attention (not necessarily expecting to sale).
Vehicle inside dealership for people to gawk over and stick into ads (not at all intended to sale).
Two models towards the top of your lot’s price range.
Two models that will be your bread and butter sales leaders, as in you can’t have too many on your lot. I’m talking about those advertisements that say, “6 to choose from starting at $xx,xxx!”
Two models that will be at the bottom of your lot’s price/condition range (the minimum standards for you to sale).
No need to research anything, but I certainly won’t stop you if you really want to get precise about price, condition, and so on. The only models I would like to see pictures of are the models used for Number 1 and Number 2, so don’t work too hard on this (unless you wanna).
Thank you as always, and enjoy yo’selves!

I’m a firm believer in a project not being done until it’s overdone! Plus I want to make mine more elaborate that way other people will start making simple fantasy garages that I can participate on.

Right on. I’m on mobile right now so it’s a bit too involved. If I remember I may play when I get home. It would involve nothing newer than 1988.

There’s always time when you keep a proper Tempo. If there is a better business strategy, I don’t want to hear it!

I’d buy a Gen 1 G35 Sedan or an EP3 Si from there any day.

Eastfield MG/Qoros/Proton/Hongqi/Noble/Lotus
Like the dealerships back in the 60s and such that sold like 10 different imported car brands at a time. Offers cheap cars and niche supercars, completely federalised and the first of it’s kind in Canada. Also sells Lotuses because of Proton’s partnership with Lotus, and sells Nobles, because why the hell not.
Outside Dealership - Lotus Evora 400
Inside Dealership - Noble M600
Top of the price range - Hongqi LS5
and H7
Bread and butter - MG6
Proton Suprima S
And, because why not, a third one, the Qoros 3
Cheap cars - Proton Iriz
And the MG3
This would be a new car dealership, there are some pre-owned cars for sale too, but most of the business from the dealership would come from new car sales.

Steelers Motors... and the focus is taking as much money out of your pocket as possible.
1. A Chevy Pickup with a bullshit tint and pinstripes package... advertised as having a Corvette (related) motor... and a big fat markup.
2. A Corvette where the original engine was blown and Chevy pickup engine was swapped in... yet priced like it has the original engine.
3. Audi Allroad and a Lincoln Town Car with an aftermarket Landau roof.
4. PT Cruiser and Chevy HHR
5. Hyundai Pony and Chevy Chevette.

premium VAG Shop- self explanatory, all Volkswagen Auto Group autos, o be parked in front would be a obnoxious acid green 918 next to a obnoxious yellow aventador SV. inside would be the Bugatti Chiron and another 918, various bentleys and Porsches. for the top of the line, anywhere from RS6's to 918s and 911s. for the bottom, used Audi a3s for the peasants

Superlative Motors.
A dealer that specializes in cars that can be described in…superlatives.
Sitting outside…
Inside…
Towards the top…
Bread and butter…
Lowest of the low.
As you may have been able to figure out already, the aim of Superlative Motors is to sell modern, luxury performance cars that can be affordable dreams or exorbitant dreams.

I guess I’d want the theme of my dealership to be to save all the cars like mine, old broken down flagship sedans that people stopped doing the scheduled maintenance on.
Lord Byron’s Suburban Aristocrat Motors: sales and service.
We employ mechanics who are experts in servicing W220, E38, E65, and D3 A8s.
We draw them in with the hellrot SL55 AMG. Sleek, stylish, sexy.
The showroom swooner: a 2008 Maybach Type 57s.
Top of the price range would be V10 and V12 cars; S6, S8, M5, 65 AMG.
We always have at least 10 S500 or S430 in stock, pre and post-facelift, from 5,995. And another 6 E38 740iL.
Bottom would be E32 7-series with shot transmissions and rusty S6 Avants with timing chains rattling like a set of maraccas.

My dealership would specialise in modified classic British sports cars. Probably called ‘SS Autos’ as those are my initials.
1. Austin Healey 3000
2. Half a modified Jaguar E-Type (cross-sectioned, with all the modificatiosn we make highlighted in colour)
3. Modified Jaguar E-Types & Lotus Elans
4. Modified TR6s and MGB/MGB V8s
5. Modified Spitfires and Minis (maybe the odd Midget & GT6 too)
Half of the modifications would be to make them solid, dependable everyday transport. The rest would be to make them speed machines.
We'd offer a reasonable warranty & have a large workshop too. Probably half of the business we'd do would be selling and performing upgrades from a whole host of British sports cars :)

Performance Truck Central - where I sell pickups of all sorts, but specialize in performance trucks. Modified trucks are welcome.
1. GMC Syclone/Ram SRT 10/Ford Lightning (gotta have more than one)
2. Dodge Little Red Midnight Express
3. Ford Raptor, Ram Powerwagon
4. 1st gen Lightning, Second Gen Lightning
5. S-10 Extreme, Blazer Extreme
My motto would be; If you have a fast truck, we want it, if you want a fast truck, we got it.
