Regarding your vehicle registration, is it yearly and do you need to give the milage each year?

Kinja'd!!!

Kind of curious if this is actually the kilometers on my Land Rover, or if it’s on the second go around.

Yearly registration that's based on the value of the vehicle. They do not ask for mileage, as far as I'm aware.

How would they know the value of the vehicle if they don't ask the mileage?

Original MSRP (edit: 85% of MSRP, my bad) and year of service (year first put on the road).

I recall having to provide mileage only at time of sale/purchase/titling. So if it remained with one owner long enough it certainly could roll over without getting recording in any official record.

Looks like you can appeal the value of the car if you don’t like the set calculation. A high mileage would help there
