I cannot think of too much better than a cheese steak, other than maybe a French dip. I had one for lunch today and will be thinking about it through the night. I should have gone without the fries and ordered two of such pleasures.
What’s for lunch?

Frozen pizza. A good one, though.
Also tried one of these. Not bad.

The cola sounds interesting, hope it does’t have cocaine though (like the original coke). The flat crust frozen pizza does tend to be better than other frozen pizzas, though I’ve never tried the brand you have.

It’s maybe a little smoother. Honestly, there wasn’t as much difference as I thought there’d be.

Haha, no cocaine. Palermo’s is good. Might just be and Iowa/Midwest thing.

A cheese steak, coincidentally. I'm down in Philly for the Penn Relays.

You have me craving a Ricobene Breaded Steak sandwich now.
Today was leftover meatballs and Spanish Rice.

This place makes a helluva sandwich - I go when I’m over on the east side. And unless you’re a rube you order it “whiz, wit ....”

It was street meat, y’know, from a cart on the sidewalk, but goddamn if it was good

I had an egg salad sandwich today. But cheesesteaks are damn good. And I work in south Philly, where there’s several places to choose. Damn my life is rough sometimes. lol

I have never heard of that until now, melted mozzarella, beef, and fried bread? Sounds good to me.

There is an Irish pub in Annapolis that does cornbeef right. They have an Irish reuben that will rock your world.
Sit down with a Guinness, a shot of poitin and enjoy.

I’ve always thought that f you can’t measure the size of your burrito in terms of children or household pets it’s not big enough. Now if you’ll excuse me I’ll be over here dying of heart disease and stomach distention...

Probably a Dunkin Donuts sausage burrito whenever I actually leave work for “lunch”. I didn’t eat lunch or breakfast, but there were some donuts at work, so I had two filled donuts (cream and cherry) at 10:30 and a cake donut just at 3:30. Horrible idea, but good donuts.
