He wanted AWD and he wanted it to be luxurious and while the 300S is both of those things I will forever be disappointed he opted for the V6 instead of the V8...
That being said the 300S is a damn good looking piece of metal.

Regarding the 300s - we had a bunch of Magnums with the 3.5 motor at work and they were really nice. I was impressed honestly. I know the v8 is sexier but that larger v6 can be a very nice ride.

They dropped the SRT because they are pushing Dodge as the performance line, so the 300 made no sense as an SRT. It's the Charger 392's domain.

I think it will be a good car just not as sexy as the Vette.
And a C6 auto with paddles. He got injured in Vietnam so he didn’t want a heavy clutch pedal.

There is a blue 300s AWD V6 that has been sitting at my local dealership for over a year. I don’t understand how it hasn’t been sold.
Also that red looks gooood.
