I have not had a bagel in two years. They do not exist in Belgium. This makes me very sad. Do you have any idea what I’d do for lox and cream cheese on a bagel? I can get the smoked salmon OK and the cream cheese no problem.

Eh, I'm pretty boring on bagels. Plain or cheese. Everything else you better jazz up, but for whatever reason an asiago bagel and plain cream cheese or butter is ideal to me.
